No holds barred in the new Letters column

I like the jolly Pedant’s idea about rebranding the letters column. 
Considering all the literary sparring that goes on, how about “Soap Box”? We could then give jocular wrestling-style nicknames to some writers, for example: the Personable Pedant, Bruiser Bahrt, Wobbly Wilcox, Orrible Ordsall, Deluded De Laurent, Crusher Chavala, and so on. Me being a modest soul, Dr Fantastic would be appropriate. Before the addle-brained wannabee wits get any funny ideas, I’ve already run through the stupid and wholly irrelevant pejoratives.
