Used car salesmen are great deal-makers. And probably the greatest deal-makers in the world are our lovely hookers living right here in Thailand. It is a joke that some ignorant, bigoted clown gets &ldquo;elected&rdquo; president of the USA because he called himself a deal-maker. Give me a break!
