Zara takes full array of clothing online
One of the largest “fast fashion” retailers in Thailand, Zara has also moved online to www.Zara.com/th, offering the full range of merchandise for women, men and kids at the same time it becomes available in the traditional stores – new products twice a week.
The website is designed to be user-friendly, supported by all Web browsers and with prices matching those found offline, but with the added bonus of a choice between home delivery or picking up your purchase at selected Zara outlets.
Customer-care information is easy to access and payments can made with any major local and international debit or credit card. Products ordered online are shipped in eco-friendly packaging that’s guaranteed to protect garments.
Items are delivered for free regardless of purchase amount, and in three to six working days, if you choose to pick them up at any Zara store except at Siam Paragon. Home delivery is just as fast and free for orders over Bt1,990, but costs Bt90 for orders below that amount.
Zara opened its first store in Thailand in 2006 and now has 11 outlets.
