What could be more fitting than a set of traditional Thai treats enjoyed with young coconut juice to celebrate the Thai New Year? Cafe Claire’s Thai New Year Afternoon Tea Set offers an array of sweet and savoury treats to be enjoyed with a selection of premium TWG teas and fresh coconut juice.
Thai delights are prepared with a contemporary twist that blends local favourites with international delights. Among the highlights are such savoury snacks as chicken wrapped in pandan leaves, prawns wrapped in crispy egg noodle, crab salad spring rolls and sticky rice served with shrimp. The set also includes sweet treats including pandan jam rolls, lemongrass creme brulee, scones with assorted spreads, and a white chocolate garland as a finishing touch to celebrate this season.
