Wahid has created set menus for lunch and dinner, including a delectable amuse-bouche. The seven-course lunch menu is priced at Bt3,800-plus while the eight-course dinner costs Bt5,800-plus. Wine pairings for both are available for an additional Bt2500-plus for lunch and Bt3,000-plus for dinner.
Pakistan-born Wahid was raised in France from the age of nine, and paved his culinary path through notable and Michelin-starred establishments both at home and abroad. He has worked at the Cheval Blanc in Nimes under Thierry Marx, and also for Alain Ducasse at the Essex House in New York City, as well as the two-Michelin-Star restaurants Oustau deBaumaniere, in Baux-de-Provence, and Le Strato, in Courchevel, before earning his own two Michelin Stars at Sylvestre Restaurant in L'Hotel Thoumieux, Paris, France.
