Spaghetti in the sky, ruined sidewalks beneath your feet 

I’ll believe it when I see it. They’ve been trying to move cables underground on the corner of Sukhumvit Soi 81 for the last two months now. Seventy per cent of the cables are still there, and it left the brand-new pavement of last year completely in ruins. 
Hopefully they have some supervisors who are responsible for leaving the place in the same condition as it was before. Otherwise it will all just be another waste of money.
By the way, laying paving slabs on sand instead of concrete is always a dumb idea. The contractor should be sued for malfeasance.
