Using alternative facts as a makeshift replacement for the real thing shows he has lost the argument hands down, something some of us noticed weeks ago. It’s way past the time this silly little man learned to grow up.

Nigel Pike would have us believe he’s better informed because he gets his information from “alternative news”. What the hell does that mean?
I have often been sharply critical of the mainstream media, but at least reputable mainstream news outlets have certain professional standards and the people who work for them have training in their fields.
To give a hypothetical example, as much as the New York Times dislikes Donald Trump, it would never run an article calling him a child molester without strong evidence it was true. Yet “alternative news” will tell you that Hillary Clinton ran a child-sex ring.
So, Mr Pike, it’s meaningless to talk about “alternative news” unless you identify the source and explain why it is more credible and professional than the mainstream media.
