Meaning breeze in Italian, Brezza welcomes the cool winds daily off the Gulf of Thailand, making dining al fresco on creative Italian cuisine prepared with Thai produce a real pleasure.
“Top quality ingredients are at the heart of what we are trying to achieve at Brezza restaurant,” said Nigel Tovey, Ananda Hua Hin’s general manager.
“There are incredible levels of local produce available – much of it sourced in Prachuab Khiri Khan province itself – and we are combining these ingredients with traditional home-made Italian recipes.
The Terra Firma (dry land) menu features dishes made with fresh vegetables and free range farm chicken while the Frutti di Mare (fruits of the sea) list boasts everything from Sea Scallop Risotto, Seared Shrimp, Mussel Cassolette, Tuna Tartare and Grilled Swordfish, Jumbo Prawns and Seabass Fillet.
Brezza is planning to offer cooking classes soon.
“With Brezza we wanted to provide guests with a special point of reflection, enjoyment and above all sensational, fresh seafood,” said Tovey. “With an open-plan al fresco attitude, unbeatable views across the Gulf of Thailand and a menu utilising the best produce available, we can’t wait for people to share the experience with us. It's an idea place to sit back, kick off your shoes and relax.”
