Ironing is so much easier when you’ve got powerful steam to back you up. Philips Thailand has unveiled the PerfectCare Elite Plus that will speed up the chore.

You’ll be powering through those creases and wrinkles faster. The iron features the pioneering DynamiQ sensor to see exactly what’s needed.
At the same time, Thai fashion brand Milin has come up with a line of clothes inspired by the PerfectCare Elite Plus.
Milin “Mimi” Yuvacharuskul and actress Taksaorn “Aff” Techanarong were at the appliance’s launch.
“Our clothes are sophisticated in their delicate fabrics and other special materials,” Mimi said. “They need special garment care, and Philips’ new iron is the perfect companion for them with its advanced motion sensor, intelligent steam release and no-burn technology. It simplifies the ironing routine to achieve perfect results.
“I’ve designed six pieces that reflect that effortless yet glamorous style and the modern woman’s lifestyle. These are truly smart choices for smart people.”
The sensor precisely measures the movements you make when ironing and automatically emits the right amount of steam needed.
OptimalTemp technology is said to be the world’s fastest and most powerful steam generator and it guarantees no burning. You can iron anything, from jeans to silk, burn-free, without adjusting the temperature.
The iron also has noise filters and a sound-absorbing platform so it’s really quiet and won’t disturb family life.
The T-ionicGlide sole plate ensures effortless movement over the material. The carefully designed shape and vent holes of the plate make sure the steam is distributed evenly to remove creases faster and it’s scratch-resistant.
The Easy De-Calc Plus cleaning system collects lime scales continuously and has an indicator light and audio signal to show when it needs de-scaling.
There’s also a 1.8-litre easy-fill detachable water tank and a carry lock for safety and easier transportation.
The iron costs Bt24,990 to Bt27,990 at (02) 614 3340 and www.Philips.co.th.
