One cause of obesity often overlooked

Eric Bahrt’s letter is blunt, to the point and absolutely correct. In this silly PC world, that is exactly what is needed: to face facts and spell them out.
However he forgot to mention another essential cause of obesity, the consumption of dairy products. Decades ago in China, breast cancer was referred to as a “rich woman’s disease”. That was before the dairy industry introduced their poison to a dairy-free people. Dairy products are alien to the human body. They belong to a totally different species that has completely different nutritional requirements. They are destructive of the human metabolism and a prime cause of obesity and cancer. Cow’s milk is for babies, but baby cows not human ones. It’s just too rich for human consumption.
