Chiang Mai Airport always closes for Loy Krathong

George Gough, in warning of the dangers of lanterns landing on airport runways, seems unaware, just like The Nation, that Chiang Mai airport closes down during the three-day Loy Krathong festival. There are no takeoffs or landings at this time.
