Family of dead cadet must keep up pressure on unaccountable Army
Re: “Dead cadet’s family to pursue legal action”, The Nation, yesterday.
Though it is my guess that the family is not going to end up getting much satisfaction with the end result of this, anything they can do to keep pressure on the Army is a good thing. The Army needs the scrutiny. They are above the law, and they are accountable to nobody. So, the longer this goes on, the better it is for the Thai people.
