Some people still need schooling in democracy

Egon is absolutely correct to highlight Nigel (I’ve lost another argument, let’s move on) Pike’s preposterous claims regarding the respected Frankfurt School. To state that Pike “misunderstands” a valued intellectual edifice is an understatement, to say the least. This is broadly indicative of Pike’s usual bovine approach to things that are beyond his capacity to grasp.
Further to this exercise in fatuousness, the extremist Pike had taken it upon himself to rather stupidly label me as “Dr Frankfurt-School” without bothering to check the veracity of his sweeping generalisation. As Egon and others perhaps know, I have not responded to this since, even by Pikey’s deluded standards, this level of stupefying asininity had been undeserving of any form of joined-up response.
I often poke fun at Pike and his aversion to democracy, and make sport of his snivelling ignorance of global dynamics. But some things aren’t, quite Frankly, worth the effort. That said, and like some of his ersatz intellectual stripe, Pikey will stubbornly persist in throwing up bollocks in the hope that someone will agree with him.
