The junta has been pretty open about the fact it is rigging the system in its favour so it will remain in power anyway, even if there is a vote. 
Seems that&rsquo;s the real problem, not that there haven&rsquo;t been any promised elections. Doesn&rsquo;t seem to matter anyway.&nbsp;
