Appalled by casual use of the word ‘rape’ 

One of your regular contributors casually uses the word rape directed at other people. Having read this person’s letters for some time, I can see it is just another weapon to use against people who have found him out. This of course also includes obviously false allegations of child abuse. I can’t make the editor reverse this, but it is clear to me that the writer in question has a mean streak running through him. Quite disgusting behaviour.
