Thailand’s under-23 football team beat Laos 2-0 in the semi-final of the 2022 AFF U-23 Championship on Thursday. Striker Teerasak Poeiphimai opened the scoring for Thailand in the 14th minute before Kroekphon Arbram sealed the win with a penalty in the second half.

The victorious Thailand team earned a place in the final against Vietnam on Saturday, kick-off time 7.30pm.
