Samara Opera and Ballet Theatre to perform at the 27th Bangkok International Festival of Dance and Music

From October 7-12, the Thailand Cultural Centre will be graced by the world-renowned Samara Opera and Ballet Theatre from Russia, as part of the 27th Bangkok International Festival of Dance and Music. 

Audiences will be treated to a series of captivating performances showcasing the best of opera and ballet.

The performance schedule is as follows:

  • October 7: Tosca
    A gripping tale of love, betrayal, and sacrifice, Tosca will be brought to life with powerful vocals and dramatic staging.
     
  • October 9: Aida
    Verdi's monumental opera, Aida, tells the story of forbidden love and war set in ancient Egypt, with stunning sets and costumes.
     
  • October 10: Three Masks of the King
    This unique contemporary Russian ballet explores themes of identity and fate, performed with emotional depth and elegance.
     
  • October 11–12: The Nutcracker
    The iconic holiday ballet, The Nutcracker by Tchaikovsky, will enchant audiences with its magical choreography and fantastical story.
