Get the TV ads off trains

I've been using the MRT for years and was very impressed and satisfied with its service until it installed TV terminals in every carriage and broadcast advertisements at high volume.

I have made several verbal and written complaints at Lard Prao and Lumpini stations, as well as calling the Customer Relations Centre at 02 624-5200, but to no avail.
I feel I have been paying the MRT to be tortured with loud advertisements while travelling on it. There may be other passengers who are also irritated by loud ads on the MRT. Why do we have to be subjected to this? I hope the MRT management will take action by lowering the volume of the ads.
If MRT management does not take any action, I would like to urge MRT passengers to boycott all products and services advertised on its trains and stations.
