How about a long-term water management plan?

In light of the current disasters facing our country, with possible repeat scenarios in the coming years due to global warming and land subsidence, we think the time is appropriate for Thailand to map out a five-year Water Resource Management Plan to professionally handle this resource – in excess at the present time, and scarce during the drought months.
