Flooding of relief items given to Froc raised doubts on competency

It was not surprising to see the government make a quick retreat to a new site, since it was expected, even though the PM and the director of Froc had made repeated statements, right up to the very last day, that Froc would not be relocated, even with wat

However, I find it hard to believe that a mountain of relief supplies has been left behind to be inundated, as if it was just trash. This only confirms the general belief that the government lacks foresight and proper planning.
As I recall from one Froc meeting that I attended as an observer, a deputy PM/minister of commerce made a complaint in the meeting (chaired by the Froc director, a minister in his day job) that the distribution of relief supplies could not be expedited because transport vehicles were blocked by hundreds of unregulated parked vehicles, and wanted to ask the police for help.
Apparently, he did not get his wish.
