Your letters always bring a welcome smile to me and I’m sure to many expats. Unfortunately it seems some have just lost the plot when it comes to understanding your dry humour. I would like to suggest to Khun Meechai and Len Kneppers that whenever they come across one of your wonderfully descriptive dissertations, they are sure to have their salt-shaker close at hand before they read it. Judging by their recent criticism of your lifestyle with your beloved Horace, and your clear frustration at getting a sensible answer from the FROC, Crocs or Frogs, it seems they could both benefit by taking a good pinch from the shaker before going into print again suggesting you vacate the land where you both so obviously enjoy living.
Please do your best to keep us smiling, Constance. Goodness knows we certainly need it in these trying times.
