Abhisit's words on the flood and high-speed train seem hollow

Speaking as a registered Democrat, I believe Abhisit Vejjajiva and the Democrat Party should shut their pipe holes since they had so many chances but they blew it.
Remember the 2010 floods when Abhisit and the Democrats were in charge? Bangkok was not flooded, but the surrounding provinces were flooded, along with Hat Yai. Last year, surrounding provinces to Bangkok, and Bangkok, were flooded. This New Year, Hat Yai is flooded once again.
Where were your flood plans, Abhisit and the Democrat Party, when other provinces and areas outside of Bangkok were flooded?
Also, Abhisit wants to keep his eyes on the high-speed train project. Yeah, right. During his administration, everyone involved with the high-speed train was jockeying to be in charge of the mega project. How can Abhisit keep his eye on those kinds of mega projects when he is blinded, especially when he was in charge?
