'Terror acts' won't slow Iran's progress

As the public opinion has already been informed, an Iranian scientist was assassinated by the terrorists with the support of foreign quarters, in particular Zionist regime.

Prof Ahmadi-Roshan, 32, a graduate of chemistry-polymer from the Sharif Industrial University and a deputy director of Natanz facility for commercial affairs, was martyred in the morning of Wednesday, January 11, 2012 in front of a university campus in central Tehran, by detonation of a magnetic bomb attached to his car. Mr Ahmadi-Roshan, a civilian scientist, was the latest victim of foreign terror campaign against top Iranian scientists. Based on the existing evidence collected by the relevant authorities, the bombing method was similar to previous incidents, and assassinations of two other prominent Iranian scientists in 2010 and 2011, with firm evidence that Zionist regime was behind these assassinations.
Such terrorist actions are in the same direction with the positions and intentions of arrogant powers and a few other countries, which are against the progress and scientific and technological development of Iran, including in the field of peaceful nuclear technology. These countries want to monopolise science and technology, prevent other countries to progress and develop in the field of science and technology, and solemnly, protect their own selfish interests and preserve their hegemony over other nations.
No doubt, such cruel and cowardly acts of terrorism will not prevent the brave and noble nation of the Islamic Republic of Iran from progress, and will not cause the slightest disruption in the various fields of peaceful science and technology development, particularly in the field of peaceful nuclear energy. Undoubtedly, other Iranian scientist resolve to continue the same path, and such assassinations of Iranian scientists with the support of certain foreign quarters and enemies, can not impede our progress.
It is the legitimate right of the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran and its people to ask the other governments and nations, relevant international organisations, academicians, scholars, intellectuals and scientific communities to condemn such terrorist acts and these assassinations of scientists, and strive towards collective actions to combat terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, and without discrimination.
