Maybe you know that the Department of National Parks (DNP) of Thailand is taking action against the Wildlife Friends Foundation of Thailand (WFFT).
The DNP is seizing all animals and arresting WFFT staff, claiming animal torture and no licence to hold wild animals. All the people who have had volunteer experience with the WFFT have good reason to think the DNP is lying and trying to intimidate the WFFT, to cover up some shameful activities. Former volunteers are writing letters to their embassies in Thailand and to Thai embassies in their own countries to stop DNP actions against WFFT. This situation is disgraceful, as the WFFT is protecting the same interests as the DNP.
