Pisces Music plans to protest against "Thailand's Got Talent" producers for allegedly violating its copyrights and using the company's copyrighted songs in an inappropriate way.

The show used the song "Andaman Sun" from Boy Thai’s second album as the backdrop for the recent controversial painting-by-breast episode. The company, which holds the copyright on the band’s songs, said as the show has now been uploaded to YouTube, and people may misunderstand the band’s involvement.

Managing director Amporn Chakkaphak said that the company had promoted Boy Thai’s three albums overseas and that the band had promoted Thai culture since it was founded in 1987. "We are not very pleased that the music has been used in an inappropriate way," she said.
