If the police know the identity of the man who murdered the Australian woman in Phuket last Wednesday night and his whereabouts, why on earth don't they arrest him?
Why are they waiting for him to surrender? Before he does that, he may very well stab another unsuspecting tourist.
May I suggest that the omniscient and loquacious Deputy Prime Minister, Police Captain Chalerm, take a hand in the matter and order his arrest.
