Apropos the anonymous letter from an "indignant Indian" regarding the Indian Embassy that your esteemed newspaper chose to print in your Letters section on June 30.
Consular services of the embassy have been outsourced for the convenience of consular service seekers. All procedures for applicants have been clearly defined and well-publicised channels are available to them to get in touch with the concerned embassy office regarding any difficulties in availing these services through VFS.
We are surprised that a respectable newspaper like yours has allowed itself to publish such freewheeling, defamatory and pernicious insinuations in the name of “indignation”.
