TrueVisions needs to clarify advertising

It's all very well for TrueVisions to say there are three alternatives for those of us who previously purchased their equipment.
When I went to their shop in Pattaya last week, this was never made known to me. I thought I had to buy the new HD Plus Box, which I did for Bt3,900. I am about to renew my annual Gold subscription, and had I known, I could have waited and got a free box. Furthermore, when I was at the shop, I saw the advert for PVR Service. No one told me it’s only for those who rent their equipment. In blissful ignorance I paid Bt4,780 for the hard-disk drive. After connecting it to my new HD Plus Box I called TrueVisions in Bangkok to activate the service, and only at that point learned that it is not available for those who purchased the HD Plus Box, notwithstanding the Bt99 monthly fee which I was prepared to pay. Together with the belated, albeit unhelpful, apologies, TrueVisions suggested I use the HDD with my computer!
