Donate Thai rice to African people

Since the government is having a big problem in keeping huge stocks of rice (believed to be more than 4 million tonnes) under the rice-pledging scheme, I would suggest that we donate 1 million tonnes of it to poor African countries.
By doing so, Thailand will gain success in shoring up the rice price, and the blessings of the world community as well.
