Landowner fails to act on flooding

We are a group of transport operators on Putthamonthon Sai 2 Road, Moo 19.
Over the past few months, whenever there is a slight rain, the road on which all the shops and warehouses are located is flooded, and the water will not subside even after a few days.
The land belongs to a development company. The management (all building are purchased but the land is leased) refuses to do anything despite numerous pleas from the operators.
It is now a daily nightmare for the operators as well as their customers to conduct any business along this road.
I hope that your newspaper will print this article on the plight of the business community on this road.
