Longchamp’s popular collection Le Pliage now has a limited edition for Christmas. The theme is “More is More” and each bag is a patchwork of materials, an interplay of wild prints and bands of bright neon.

The calfskin camouflage bag is adorned with orange crocodile-style leather and a pink ribbon. The tote in lambskin zebra comes alive with eccentric green calfskin leather and multicoloured ribbons. The lambskin tiger piece is trimmed with brown python-style kip leather combined with gold bands and coloured grosgrain ribbons.

A cutie from Karl

 

French clothier Karl Lagerfeld teams up with Japanese makeup artist Shu Uemura to design an illustration on shu uemura makeup sets for its 2012 Holiday collection. Lagerfeld created the cartoon-like character, a cute Japanese girl with big red eyes and a black bob wearing a white shirt and black tie. The cutie adorns makeup palettes, lipstick cases, brush sets, skincare bottles and eyelash curlers.

ST Dimension, Thailand’s distributor of Swiss luxury watch Piaget, has introduced the Piaget Gouverneur collection.

The highlights include the Piaget Gouverneur Tourbillon GOA 37114 in an 18K pink-gold case and the Piaget Gouverneur Tourbillon GOA 37115 in an 18K white-gold case with 128 brilliant-cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.4 carats.
