Former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra has threatened to use the people's force against the Constitutional Court if it interferes in the power of the executive and legislative branches.
Thaksin made a Skype video call to address red-shirt demonstrators at Sanam Luang on Wednesday night and strongly attacked the courts for being unfair to him and his Pheu Thai Party. The red shirts were holding a rally to commemorate the third anniversary of the then government’s crackdown on red-shirt protesters on April 10, 2010.
Skype is a powerful tool being used by a powerful manipulator of words and people.
This reminds me of another powerful crafter of words, William Shakespeare: “Cry havoc, and let slip the dogs of war” is from his “Julius Caesar”.
