Challenge Thaksin on the world stage

This is one of those golden opportunities for opposition leader Abhisit Vejjajiva to answer Thaksin Shinawatra's threat to shake up Thailand's Constitution and redesign it to suit his own ego.
Yet Abhisit is just that: Abhisit.
Abhisit should challenge Thaksin to a live debate on CNN, the BBC or even Al Jazeera over which side is really posing a danger to this country.
When Ajarn Sulak Sivaraksa recently accused Thaksin of having evil intentions for his country, and challenged Thaksin to a debate anywhere, anytime, it occurred to me that Abhisit should have been the one to say that.
Abhisit, as Thailand’s opposition leader, should take no nonsense from anyone lying down.
If you want to make a difference, do it now, internationally and in a forceful way – or else just quit!
