Stupid, maybe, but not started by Thatcher

Horst Bullinger writes (April 23) that "Margaret Thatcher loved nothing more than confrontation. Where she didn't meet it, she created it. The Falklands War was such an occasion." Is he joking?

The Argentineans, by invading British territory with armed forces, forced and created confrontation and started such a “stupid war” as he calls it. The Argentineans are responsible for the deaths of all those killed, not Margaret Thatcher. Horst, get your facts right before putting pen to paper.
