PM's speeech was inappropriate

Re: "Thailand supports progress in democratic development", April 30.

After reading the prime minister’s speech delivered recently to the conference in Mongolia, I wonder if she delivered it in her own name, or in her capacity as Thailand’s prime minister, or under what status she had been invited.
Reading between the lines of the term “my government” indicates she intended the speech to be in the name of Thailand, more or less. If she had said “the government of my country”, the overall meaning might be different.
Then it is interesting to consider if she had had time to first go through it so as to exercise her own judgement as prime minister, to determine whether or not it was appropriate when delivered to the world.
I regret to see the prime minister having mentioned things that damaged our country, since the matters she raised must be solved internally.
