Brazilian PM sets an example

Brazil's first female premier, Dilma Rousseff, showed admirable leadership in the face of rising discontent against her government.

She didn’t just appoint a committee to look into it or quietly seek Skype counsel, She stepped up and promised much-needed reform, met the protest leaders and listened to the opposition, and has pledged constitutional changes via a referendum that includes advice from mayors and governors. She even spoke her mind on corruption. Rousseff won the last election with 55 per cent of the vote from mostly rural poor provinces. Anything Thailand could learn from this?
