Brain power needed, not barking ability

Hopefully, the new Yingluck government Cabinet lineup will consist of people with brain power more than those with barking ability - as has been the case over the past two years.

Ministers who have big mouths but little thinking power should be put on the sideline.
The Yingluck government should also adopt a new concept of working toward the betterment of all Thais, not just any one person or group.
When any of these ministers under Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra utters the words “our people”, we want to see they sincerely mean all the people in this country – not just the red shirts or those linked to the Pheu Thai Party.
Last but not least, be reminded that what makes democracy work is man’s scruple, not his accessory.
