POPULAR GASTRONOMES’ bar Hyde & Seek on Soi Ruamrudee hosted an exclusive party last week to welcome new executive bartender Nath Arj-Han, who will mastermind a fresh food-and-drinks menu as well as a new look for the place.
Nath Arj-Han’s reputation as a mixologist extends to the shores of Singapore, specifically the world-renowned Tippling Club, where he worked for many years. Having honed his cocktail skills, Nath is ready to come home and work his magic at Hyde & Seek.
Hyde & Seek fans should be prepared for a jaw-dropping new look to the premises and a new line of food and drinks on top on the bar’s customary favourites.
All six new cocktails served last week were crafted with premium brands such as Ketel One Vodka and Johnnie Walker Gold Reserve and transformed. Nath “re-imagined” the classic, blending the arts of mixology and molecular gastronomy.
Hyde & Seek is known for always being two steps ahead with its cocktail creations. It’s an institution where young bartenders learn their craft, many going on to win competitions at home and abroad.
Ketel One Vodka derives from more than 300 years of distilling expertise in the Nolet family of Holland.
