Does he still deny it was his voice on the audiotape allegedly speaking to Thaksin Shinawatra? Perhaps he’s still saying it’s a fake, or maybe he’s stressed and clueless every day. If he is so stress-prone and out of the loop, he should have retired years ago, yet he’s still an active general! I wouldn’t want a military contingent led by someone with such character flaws, would you? Yet PM Yingluck appoints men like him to high office. I suggest she find strong-minded, cool-headed people instead, but that would be foolish of me. It’s naive to think that intelligence, skill, knowledge or truthfulness play any part in the appointment of top brass or top government officials here.
