I'm inclined to think that Burin Kantabutra's advice that the government launches only projects that are sound in theory will have no effect.
This government is like a robot on remote control. It doesn’t know how to think by itself. And it has no ears for human rationality. As for the academics, the robot’s “owner” used to have these nice words for them: “They’re all stupid!”
