Three questions for Yingluck

Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra's call for all Thais to forgive one another is laudable. However, there are three questions for her to answer.

First, more than 90 people were killed in the 2010 political violence. The identity of the guilty parties has still not been established. Thus, who is there to forgive?
Second, Yingluck’s brother Thaksin is one of those implicated in encouraging victims to go into the streets and to their deaths. However, only former prime minister Abhisit Vejjajiva and his former deputy Suthep Thaugsuban have been indicted on murder charges. Why not bring Thaksin back to face trial also, and forgive those who are found guilty afterwards?
Third, as prime minister, Yingluck is duty-bound to uphold the law and the Constitution. Why is she instead supporting a fundamental change in the law that would result in her brother ending up as “chief beneficiary”, as the New York Times put it?
