Somsak Pola’s latest diatribe against Abhisit Vejjajiva, coupled with his blind devotion to Thaksin, makes you doubt he is a real person but instead one of the public-relation firms that Thaksin is so fond of using. Who is agitating about Abhisit and Suthep Thaugsuban being charged for murder? Surely not the Democrats, or Abhisit or Suthep, because if they were, they would have accepted the blanket amnesty.
Second, if an indictment is not a conviction, why hasn’t his beloved Thaksin been indicted for the murder of thousands of people who were denied due process in his “shoot to kill” campaign to eradicate drugs, or for the Krue Se and Tak Bai massacres? Those three “incidents” were clearly orchestrated by Thaksin and involved thousands of victims. In those days there was a CD sold underground showing Thaksin in Parliament praising the actions of the soldiers at Tak Bai.
So, Mr Pola, guess who is really agitating now?
