Bangkok's Race of Champions postponed

The Race of Champions scheduled at Rajamangala Stadium next weekend has been postponed due to the political unrest in Bangkok.
The ROC, which features world champions from all major motor racing disciplines, will no longer take place on December 14-15, announced co-organiser Sports Authority of Thailand, giving no details of a rescheduled date.
“The organisers have postponed the Race of Champions until the situation in Bangkok subsides,” the statement said.
Pro-government red shirts rallied at Rajamangala Stadium for almost a week before leaving the arena on Sunday. But ongoing demonstrations by anti-government protesters forced the organisers to suspend the second edition of the event in Thailand. Ticket-holders will be refunded by Thai Ticket Major.
