Chalerm losing his grip on reality
"Delusions of grandeur" is defined as delusions (a common feature of paranoia) that you are much more powerful and influential than you really are.
I fear that CAPO chief Chalerm Yoobamrung is suffering from this complaint. He is now threatening the Election Commission with jail terms if they fail to organise elections. Maybe the loss of his ministerial rank has contributed to his present unstable state of mind.
