After reading the article about the Myanmar workers identified as the killers, I’m curious about a few things. What will the Thai police do (if anything) about the Ranong agent “who charged them Bt5,000 each” to smuggle the killers into Thailand? Do the Thai police
share in this income? While these smugglers likely had no knowledge the workers might commit a heinous crime, aren’t they seriously contributing to the problem? Are they also capable of smuggling illegal drugs or weapons too?
