Cackling at anti-graft efforts

Thai companies galore are signing up to associate themselves with the latest "old-boy" network, the Collective Action Coalition against Corruption (CAC).

Another 362 have declared their intention to jump on board the new business ethical-mindset bandwagon. But who are these born-again corporate goody-goodies? Why aren’t they making themselves known so that we can check them all out? Or is CAC an equivalent of EIA – meaningless hot air?
People want to see corruption being punished, and punished hard. Signatures mean nothing; action is what counts. Evidence of the latter is prerequisite to avoid an unnecessarily high level of public CAC-kling!
