For years, we thought the CIA tortured suspected Muslim terrorists in a safe house in Udon Thani.
Indeed, we read about it in the press.
But the junta in civvies has assures us that this was all bunk.
Just more nonsense, like what we hear from drunken US government employees in bars. Meant to prop up the CIA. Make it sound like they’re actually doing something. Earning the pay.
