Lawyers for the Shinawatra clan have requested another delay in the proceedings. They never had any problems with the Attorney General’s Office while they held sway. If all of the things they say are true regarding wrong procedures, no evidence being available and the complete innocence of their client, would it not be better to bring the case forward, laugh it out of court and get it over with? Attempting to get a pre-trial in the media should land them in prison for unethical behaviour and for trying to defame the court.
