One of the main sponsors of the Cannes Film Festival for the last 17 years, L’Oreal Paris recently unveiled “Born to be a star”, a limited edition of cosmetics that will be presented on the red carpet by Araya “Chompoo” A. Hargate, who is returning to the French Riviera this May.
Chompoo, who is an ambassador for the French brand, will be introducing make up for the face, eyes and lips that has been designed to make Thai women as stunningly beautiful as the celebrities on the red carpet.
The limited edition products come in specially designed packaging in classic gold and black colours to represent luxury and the alluring elegance of Cannes.
The “Cannes 2015 Powder SPF 36 PA +++” powder foundation matches the colour and texture of Thai women’s skin for a flawless finish. Ultra-Fit Texture technology ensures the fine, soft and lightweight powder blends in perfectly and naturally, with 8-hour oil control.
“Cannes 2015 Eye Shadow” is formulated with Wet Colour Boost technology to provide silky soft texture and richly pigmented, long-wear colours. Each quad contains four complementary shades to make eyelids sparkle beautifully, delivering the sort of results expected from make-up professionals.
“Cannes 2015 Eye Liner”, meanwhile, adds allure to the eyes. This jet-black liquid eyeliner comes with a special sponge-tipped applicator for the creation of fine lines or thick, sultry flicks with precision and ease, while also providing waterproof, long-lasting and smudge-free results.
However, the highlight of the collection is the “Cannes 2015 Pure Reds” range of lipsticks inspired by superstars from all over the world including a ruby shade that represents Araya. Made with Moist Matte Technology, these silky matte lipsticks are enriched with velvet spheres, pure pigments and jojoba oils for bold, luscious colours and smooth, hydrated lips.
The limited edition range is available at all L’Oreal counters through end of June.
