I am afraid that Khun Songdej has placed words in my mouth. I am actually in favour of the Kra canal, which I think will be good for China, Japan and Thailand.
Meanwhile, on a parallel issue, America seems to be interfering with every issue in our part of the world. For the sake of balance, China might do the same to America and revive the days of Zheng He.
